Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience. Business to business sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous history of successful cold calling and lead generation.
  • 2 years in computer related industry is a plus. Experience can be with selling software or hardware and/or other services directly related to that.
  • PC savvy.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality helps in this position.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and to multi-task without issue.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, and diverse projects and sales events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high intensity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming sales leads for your region.
  • Make cold calls daily to generate new leads for your region.
  • Responsible for direct sales to end users in your region.
  • Perform live online demos of our software products for end users.
  • Write and create proposals.
  • Travel to local client meetings.

Help Desk Support Technician

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 1-3 years experience in IT and Tech Support environments.
  • Proficient in all current Windows Operating Systems: XP, Vista, 7, 8 Server.
  • Able to understand and manage Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases.
  • Able to communicate technical information in a clear and precise manner.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high intensity environment.

  • Answer tech support emails in a timely manner.

  • Perform internal IT and support assistance within the office.
  • Perform live online demos of our software products for end users.
  • Possibility of some travel to perform installation and training of our software products.
